Delete your account
You can delete your Toorova account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to delete it
Two ways. The first is immediate.
- 1In the appSettings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.
- 2By requestIf you cannot get into the app, email support@newronrobotics.com from the address on your account, subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account, normally within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and associated personal data. Profile, learning progress (XP, streaks, badges), journal entries, saved lessons and notes, portfolio, and certificates.
We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons, and we may keep anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Billing is handled by the store or payment provider, so cancel through whichever you used. Otherwise charges may continue after the account is gone.
